Nate is a problem-solving fitness expert. He uses the most effective means of resistance training in order to help people gain functionality and high bodily performance.

His goal is to empower people in order to achieve unimagined standards of strength, athleticism, and mobility. Nate has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, employs tactical training systems, and is trained in the psychology of peak performance. He is the head fitness coach at Fusion Fitness.

Hi, I’m Coach Ken! I love educating others about fitness and battling the misinformation that drives them away from creating a better version of themselves.
I would consider form to be a major part of my training, as proper form decreases your chances of injury when handling heavier weights. Using the knowledge that I have gained through my certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I work diligently to help my clients break through personal barriers and achieve the fitness goals that they desire!
